Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. canola oil
1 tsp. poppy or sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
6 cups spinach leaves, washed,
drained, stems removed and chilled
2 cups strawberries, washed, drained and sliced
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, mustard, and honey.
Slowly whisk in oil. Stir in poppy seeds and salt.
Cover and chill the dressing. Cut or tear spinach into bite size pieces. Toss spinach and strawberries together with dressing.
Serve immediately.
