Gorganzola Cheese and Watercress Salad

In my youth my Dad introduced me to the great peppery flavor of
water cress, I have been in love with the spicy greens.
Pairing it with the adult taste of gorganzola cheese was a no brainer.

Ingredients:
2 bunches watercress, stems removed (about 10 cups loosely packed)
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 can (14.5 oz.) beets, drained and chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted if desired
1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumpled

Directions:
In a bowl toss all ingredients together and plate.


1.Arrange watercress on large serving platter. Top with apple, beets, walnuts and cranberries. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Creamy Blue Cheese with Gorgonzola Dressing.
