Grilled Salmon Steaks with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
4 salmon steaks, cut 1 inch thick
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tsp. olive oil
nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat grill.
Rinse fish; pat dry. Tie steaks closed with kitchen string.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together chicken broth, mustard, both syrups, honey, mustard seed and lemon-pepper seasoning. Whisk ingredients and allow to reduce slightly, about 5 minutes; reserve half. Lightly brush both sides of fish with olive oil. Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray. On medium heat grill salmon for 6 to 9 minutes or just until fish begins to flake easily, turning once halfway through. Brush salmon with sauce frequently during the last 2 to 3 minutes of grilling. Serve with reserved sauce.
