World Best Crab Salad

Ingredients:
3 pounds frozen crab legs, thawed and shells removed
Salt and pepper to taste
fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1 Tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped
lettuce leaves for garnish

Instructions:
In a large bowl, flake crabmeat with a fork;
season with salt and pepper.
squeeze desired amount of lemon juice over crabmeat
and let chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
in a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise,
tarragon leaves, vinegar and garlic.
Chill in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Garnish individual salad plates with lettuce leaves.
Gently fold crabmeat into sauce mixture and arrange on top of lettuce.
