Italian Black Olives in Anchovy Dressing

This Italian Black Olives in Anchovy Dressing
recipe very easy to prepare and so good!

Ingredients:
4 anchovy fillets
14-ounces firm black olives
Scant 1 cup olive oil
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Oregano

Directions:
Pit the olives with the appropriate utensil,
keeping them neat as possible.
Saute the onion, garlic, anchovy fillets
and oregano in the olive oil for 5 minutes over moderate heat,
then pour the flavored oil through a sieve on to the pitted olives.
