Spaghetti With Red Clam Sauce

Ingredients:

8 oz. Thin (Very Thin Spaghetti), uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can 10 oz. minced clams
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup white wine or clam juice
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
Drain clams and reserve juice.
Add mushrooms and clams, and cook until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in clam juice, parsley, wine and pepper, heat.
Serve over hot spaghetti.
