Shrimp Cooked in Beer
Spicy Hot Prawns in Beer

This shrimp is prepared with a horseradish,
Worcestershire sauce and a hot sauce coating
that will have you reaching for a drink.

Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 12 oz bottles beer
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
3 pounds shrimp, peeled with tails intact
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup bottled horseradish
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce

Directions:
Bring first six ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add shrimp and cook just until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
Drain shrimp and place in a large bowl.
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil,
horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Pour mixture over shrimp and toss lightly to coat evenly.
Cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
