Here is one of my all time favorite salads.
I like to use fresh fruit like pears here,
but you can use what ever you like.
It's also good with mandarin oranges.
Ingredients:
2 fresh pears, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
4 cups baby spinach leaves
Directions:
In a bowl combine pears, chicken and dressing.
Add spinach and mix lightly.
Serve immediately.
