Take a few creamy hard cooked deviled eggs
deep fry them to a tasty, crunchy perfection.
Ingredients:
6 large eggs, hard cooked and refrigerated.
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, whipped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1 cup tomato salsa
Directions:
Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
In bowl combine mayonnaise and yolks to make a paste.
Stuff eggs with mayonnaise mixture.
Combine egg and milk to make an eggwash.
Put flour in one bowl, eggwash in another bowl and
breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Roll stuffed eggs in flour,eggwash and then breadcrumbs.
Deep fry in hot 360 degree F. oil until browned.
Remove to drain on paper towels.
Serve with tomato salsa on the side.
