Ginger Garlic Chicken Wings

This sticky ginger and garlic chicken wing glaze recipe
is an Asian-inspired sauce that matches perfectly
with a batch of oven-fried Buffalo chicken wings.
This easy and delicious sauce is also great
brushed on any baked chicken recipe.

Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
3 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
40 pieces chicken wings

Directions:
Heat 3" of oil in a deep fryer until it reaches 375 degrees F.
Deep fry the chicken wings in the hot oil until crisp and brown,
about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well
Add the glaze ingredients to a saucepan,
and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat, taste for seasoning, and reserve.
When the chicken wings are done,
transfer into a clean bowl while still hot,
and pour over the glaze.
Toss until all the chicken wings are coated well,
and transfer onto a serving platter.
