Everybody stuffs whole salmon with lemons
in this recipe I stuff the lemons with the salmon,
wrap them up and seal the flavors in aluminum foil
and bake them to a buttery and lemony goodness.
Everybody opens the foil packets with oohs and aahs!
Ingredients:
2 cans of canned salmon
8 lemons
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Open canned salmon and drain.
Cut lemons in half, remove seeds.
Remove some but not all of the lemon from peel.
In a bowl combine the salmon, butter and dill.
Stuff the lemons with the salmon mixture.
Put lemon halves back together and seal with foil.
Wrap lemon in another piece of foil for good measure.
Place in a glass baking dish an bake for 25 to 45 minutes.
Depending on how much lemon juice was left in the lemons.
To serve, unwrap outer layer of foil, place on serving dishes
and let your guests unwrap the inner foil.
Simply amazing!
