Mushrooms and Brussel Sprouts

1 Cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2-3 Cloves Garlic chopped
1 tsp salt or to taste
2 Shallots chopped
2 containers Brussel Sprouts cut in half
1/2 cup Crispy fried Onions
3/4 cup Mushrooms chopped

Directions:
In a large skillet, saute garlic and mushrooms in olive oil.
Add shallots. Add brussel sprouts and chicken broth.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
When brussel sprouts are tender add crispy onions.
