Traditional Hungarian
Baked Ham Strudel

A flaky Hungarian specialty which is simply delicious!

Ingredients:
3 cups ham, cooked/baked, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 pkg Fillo dough

Directions:
1.Thaw and prepare 12 slices Fillo Strudel dough
2.Finely chop ham and mix with sour cream, salt and pepper. Set aside.
3.Sprinkle break crumbs evenly over the dough.
4.Spoon and spread ham mixture over dough with spatula.
5.Fold the strudel dough over the filling and roll into a large log.
6.Brush with butter and bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.
7.Serve the ham strudel warm with extra dollops of sour cream
