Crab and Apple Appetizer Salad

This is a great salad with
crabmeat and fresh apples.
I used mayonnaise and french here
but lemon and olive oil work too.

Ingredients:
2 Red Delicious apples
1/4 cup clear French Dressing
6-8 oz. Alaska Snow crab, frozen or canned
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
salad greens

Directions:
Dice apples and toss with French dressing.
Drain and slice crab.
Toss crab, cucumber and celery with apples. Chill.
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed and salt.
Mix with salad. Serve on salad plates lined with greens.
