Easy Meatballs in a
Mushroom Soup Sauce

These meatballs truly are easy to prepare.
Form beef into your preferred size and cook
them in a can of cream of mushroom soup.
For a good and quick meal or appetizer.

Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Shape hamburger into small balls and brown in olive oil.
Drain, add mushroom soup and water, then stir until well mixed.
Cook on low heat until meatballs are done.
May serve over cooked pasta or rice.
