A favorite of Kentuckyians this is a
good pick me upper anytime of the day.
Ingredients:
3 cups good quality vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup bourbon
1 tablespoon vanilla
freshly grated nutmeg
Directions:
In a blender, combine ice cream,
bourbon, and vanilla; blend until smooth.
Pour the milk punch into glasses
and sprinkle each serving with nutmeg.

Works great with a quality cappuccino ice cream, too, topped with whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate, and sprinkled with cinnamon or mace.
Another good summertime cooler is orange sorbet, fresh cream, and Grand Marnier.
