Chicken Breasts on the Grill
Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts

A little prep work is required for the best chicken ever.
You can't just take thaw out a frozen chicken breast,
throw it on the grill and hope for the best.
My advise to you is to go with a fresh chicken breast
that has been sufficiently marinated before grilling.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon cumin
3 or 4 fresh chicken breast
sandwich buns
hickory smoked bacon (Cooked)
lettuce
sliced avocado
sliced tomatoes
sliced onions

Directions:
First off make your chicken marinade.
In a plastic 1 gallon bag, combine your ingredients
consisting of olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper,
salt, garlic, onion, thyme and cumin.
Mix marinade well before adding fresh chicken breast.
Add chicken to marinade and seal bag.
Refrigerate and allow to marinate for 6-8 hours.
Fire up your charcoal grill and
burn coals until they are red hot.
Grill your marinated chicken six
inches from ash hot coals until done.
As long as you don't over cook
your chicken breast they should not dry out.
You'll know your chicken breast
are done when they reach an internal
temperature of 165 degrees F.
and clear white juice oozes from the cooked chicken.
