Foil Packet Grilled
Red Skinned Potatoes

This is a simple recipe for a good and
crispy baked red potato in foil packets.
They get brown and crunchy on the
outside and creamy tender on the inside.

Ingredient:
Red potatoes
Bacon slices
Olive oil
Un-salted butter
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Dried onion to taste

Directions:
Wash potatoes and let air dry.
Cut in wedges.
Take a large piece of aluminum foil,
butter the bottom, where the potatoes will sit.
Place potatoes on butter on foil.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt
dried onions and pepper to taste.
Close up foil and seal really good.
Place the tin foil packets carefully
on the grill over medium heat.
Have the rolled up sides facing upward.
They are less likely to drip butter and
cause flares if placed on this way.
Cook for around 15 minutes.
Then, flip the packs over.
Cook about about 10 more minutes.

This worked out great!
I added some fresh herbs and
the flavor was incredible.
They didn't get all that crispy
but were creamy and good.
Thanx.
