Whole Baked Tomatoes
Garden Fresh Baked Tomato

This recipe is so easy and so good.
Start with tomatoes and vinegar,
and end up with a great side dish.

Ingredients:
6 fresh whole tomatoes
6 teaspoons vinegar
6 whole cloves
6 teaspoons brown sugar
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Leave skins on tomatoes; core.
Put 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon brown sugar,
and one clove in each cored tomato.
Place tomatoes in a baking dish
and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Tomatoes should be slightly browned.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
