A cool cole slaw made using fresh cranberries.
Try this on your Thanksgiving Day table.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup fresh chopped cranberries
1 small head cabbage, shredded
Directions:
Stir together mayonnaise, honey and vinegar.
Stir in cranberries. Place shredded cabbage
in a large serving bowl. Pour dressing
over cabbage, tossing to coat.
Cover and chill one hour before serving.
