Russet potatoes, the secret in this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 russet potatoes
1 tablespoon salt
oil for frying
Directions:
Wash potatoes and pat dry.
Peel them into a bowl of cold water.
Let them soak for 20 minutes or so.
Drain and pat dry.
Preheat oil a skillet
or deep fryer to 360 degrees F.
fry until crispy golden brown.
Remove to drain oil on paper towels.
Add salt to taste.
