Whom ever invented the fragrant herb mix
known as herbes de Provence was a genius.
all their flavors and aromas come together beautifully.
I use it to flavor grilled foods such as fish and meat,
as well as various soups and vegetable stews.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon each of:
Lavender, marjoram, sage,
savory, tarragon, Oregano and thyme.
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
and store in an air tight container.
