This is a quick and easy recipe to make
some hot and very tasty chili beans.
These are a good start to make a real
good beef chili con-carne beans dish.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup corn oil
5 whole serrano chilis
2 tsp ground serrano chilis
1 can pinto beans, (28 ounces) drain
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Heat oil in large saucepan.
Add whole chilis. Cook until tender.
Add ground chilis, cumin, beans and water.
Bring to boil, stir, reduce heat.
Simmer 17 minutes, stirring often.
