White Beans and
Canned Tuna Salad

Here is a good and healthy for you recipe
using canned tuna and canned white beans.

Ingredients:
16 oz. can white beans, rinsed and drained
2 ribs celery, peeled and sliced
1 shallot
3 Tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
1 5 oz. Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine beans and tuna,
stirring lightly to break up tuna.
Slice celery and shallot and add to bowl,
stirring to combine.
Drizzle on vinaigrette and season to
taste with freshly ground black pepper.
Serve over lettuce.
