Alfredo Sauce
Cheese Sauce

About as good as a cheese sauce gets.
I made this recipe to serve over
some homemade mushroom ravioli.
A simply awesome cheese sauce recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup un-salted butter
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2 cup gruyere cheese, cubed

Directions:
In a saucepan melt butter over low heat.
Add cream, garlic, pepper and warm through.
Add Parmesan and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes
or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.
Add the mozzarella and gruyere cheese,
and keep stirring until smooth and creamy.
Place pasta on warm serving plates
and spoon sauce over cooked pasta.
