Creamy Corn Casserole

If you like corn you'll love this dish.
The first time I made this it was fabulous!
We had some really fresh picked sweet corn,
it tasted like corn pudding-perfect with chicken.

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
2 cups freshly picked corn off the cob
1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
snipped green onion tops
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.,
and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine butter, eggs,
corn bread mix, fresh corn kernals,
creamed corn, salt and sour cream.
Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
Top with some snipped chives.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven,
or until the top is golden brown.
