Deep Fried
Chicken Tenders

Why buy them when you can make them at home?
If you don't have a deep fryer use a big pot.

Ingredients:
2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Strips
2 3/4 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Salt or to taste
1 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
1 Cup Buttermilk
Vegetable Oil (for deep frying)

Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper in bowl and set aside.
Place buttermilk in separate bowl.
Heat oil for frying and dip chicken
strips in flour then in buttermilk
and then finally flour again.
Place in hot 375 degree F. oil,
fry until lightly golden brown.
Remove strips to drain and serve.
