Fresh figs stuffed with Gouda cheese,
wrapped in prosciutto and grilled.
A good recipe to eat more fruit!
Ingredients:
8 fresh figs
4 slices smoked Gouda cheese, halved
8 thin slices prosciutto ham
Directions:
Cut a slit in each fresh fig.
Stuff some cheese into each fig.
Wrap figs in a slice of prosciutto
and secure with toothpick.
Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes,
turning once halfway through.
