Ginger Snaps

This is a good recipe for making
ginger snaps from scratch.
These cookies stay fresh forever.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups Crisco
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon ginger
4 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons cinnamon
4 cups flour

Directions:
Cream first 4 ingredients.
Add flour and spices. Roll into balls,
then roll in cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350-degrees until they crack.
10-11 minutes.
