It's simple, fast and gives
the squash good smoky flavor.
Cutting the squash the long way
makes it easier to move on the grill.
Ingredients:
1 large zucchini
1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing
Salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Directions:
Slice zucchini lengthwise, into 1/4 inch slices.
Toss in a bowl with Italian dressing.
Place on a hot grill for about 4 to 5 minutes
or until nice grill marks appear on them.
Season and cut into serving pieces.
