Hawaiian Chicken
Made in Crock Pot

I like to serve this Hawaiian chicken
over cooked white coconut rice.
Fix a simple green garden salad to
add on the side and dinner is served.

Ingredients:
2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks.
Put everything into your crockpot
and stir it around to mix up.
Cover it and cook on high for
3 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours.
