want to know how to make grilled vegetables.
You can serve marinated grilled vegetables
as a side dish or entree and this
healthy recipe is truly delicious.
Use on the freshest of vegetables available.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sherry
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Combine the marinade ingredients,
and then add your vegetables,
tossing them well to coat them.
Let them marinate for between ten minutes
and an hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill to hot and grill
the marinated vegetables, basting
them with leftover marinade as they cook.
