Shrimp Scampi
with White Wine

This is another of my attempts
for making a better shrimp scampi.
You must use butter, not margerine.
I had to go out and by a bottle
of cheap white wine just to make this.

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup cheap dry white wine
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, roasted and minced
1/4 cup dry Italian breadcrumbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine shrimp, wine, butter
garlic and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Pour into a baking dish.
Bake for about 6 to 7 minutes.
Be careful not to overcook the Shrimp.
The shrimp is done when it turns pink.
