This is a creamy cool cucumber salad.
Made with sour cream and red peppers.
It's easy to make, everybody likes it.
Ingredients:
1 fresh cucumber
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon snipped chives
salt to taste
Dierections:
Cut ends off of cucumber, peel leaving
a little of the skin on for decoration.
Place cucumber slices in a mixing bowl
along with pepper and snipped chives.
In a small bowl combine the sour cream,
vinegar, sugar and salt, mix well.
Add to the cucumbers and combine.
Chill until ready to serve.
