These are light as a feather.
I make a good tasting spinach
and garlic with mushroom calzone.
In this recipe I took those
ingredients and put them into
puff pastry, rolled them up
and created a great appetizer.
Make a lot of these they go fast!
Ingredients:
Phyllo dough
Spinach
Garlic powder
Brown sugar
lemon peel
unsalted butter
Directions:
Place phyllo dough on a work surface.
Butter between layers of sugar, lemon,
spinach, mushrooms and garlic powder.
Roll up like a sushi roll and slice.
Bake in a 425 degree F. oven until browned.
