Worcestershire Sauce
Steak Marinade

A savory mixture of Worcestershire sauce,
red wine vinegar, brown sugar and seasonings
adds tremendous flavor to any cut of beef.

Ingredients:
Beef steaks of your choice
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup brown mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients very well
so the brown sugar dissolves and
all ingredients are mixed well.
Place mixture in a resealable bag.
Place steaks in marinade and make
sure they are thoroughly covered.
Marinate for at least 8 hours,
but 2 days is better. Grill,
broil or fry steaks as desired.
