Easy Beef Stew

This is a really easy to make
and good tasting beef stew.
You could put all the ingredients
into a slow cooker and heat it
up on low setting for 6 hours.

Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth,
plus one can of water
1/4 cup fl our
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup onion, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups canned potatoes, drained

Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup broth with the flour, stir well.
In a large casserole dish, combine the
rest of the broth, water, and breadcrumbs.
Add the broth and flour mixture.
Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients
except potatoes and stir to combine.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F.
for 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender.
Stir mixture half way through cooking time.
Add canned potatoes during
the last 30 minutes of cooking.
