Make this a hot as you dare to,
use brown or yellow mustard
they both work good and mix in
the mayonnaise to make a sauce.
Ingredients:
1 lb. salmon fillets
2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cayene pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Arrange fish fillets in a baking pan
that has been sprayed with nonstick
vegetable oil cooking spray.
Mix sauce ingredients and spread on fillets.
Bake, uncovered, for 4-6 minutes
per 1/2 inch thickness of salmon fillet.
