Italian Flavored
Compound Butter

I use this butter on steaks and
just about anything grilled.
Use Italian flavored butter
when grilling meats and vegetables,
or toss with rice, potatoes,
it's great on corn on the cob.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in small mixer bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
