This recipe really couldn’t be simpler.
Melt the butterscotch chips and peanut
butter together, and then mix with corn flakes.
You don’t have to use paper cups and just
drop them by tablespoon on a cookie sheet,
but I think it makes them easier to serve.
Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) bag of butterscotch chips
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
5 1/2 cups of corn flakes
Directions:
Measure cornflakes in a very large bowl.
Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter
in a microwave safe bowl, in microwave.
Pour melted mixture over cornflakes
and stir well to combine mixture.
Scoop onto a muffin tins filled
with paper muffin tin liners.
Place in the refrigerator
for 20 minutes to allow to harden.
Store in an airtight container
in the refrigerator.
