Years ago I bought this in a frozen
tv dinner called "Le-Menu" and have been
trying to duplicate this recipe ever since.
Garlic and shrimp swimming in a buttery
olive oil based breaded garlic sauce!
Ingredients:
1 lb. frozen uncooked shrimp,
peeled, deveined and thawed
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
Lemon wedges for garnish
Directions:
Place butter, olive oil, wine, parsley
and garlic powder in a casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 minutes.
Stir in bread crumbs and shrimp.
Combine and toss to coat all well.
Microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes or
just until shrimp turn pink.
Stir twice during cooking.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
