Sour Cream Apple Pie

I've made this one crust apple pie several
times and the cinnamon sugar on top is a
nice topping for this apple pie.

Ingredients:
1 9″ prepared pie crust
3 cup chopped apples
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup white sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon sugar,
plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, and salt.
Add sour cream. Beat until smooth.
Stir in apples, put in pie crust.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 minutes,
then 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
