Angus Hot Dogs
Saurkraut and Onions

Baked along with some brown sugar
and carraway seeds for one hour.
This is an easy to make casserole.
Comfort food at it's best tasting.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 large onion, peeled
4 angus hot dogs
8 ounces saurkraut, with juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon carraway seeds

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter the bottom of a baking dish.
Cut up and slice onion very thinly.
Place onion in baking dish.
Place hot dogs on onions and
then the saurkraut on top of
the hot dogs evenly to cover.
Sprinkle with brown sugar,
and some carraway seeds.
Cover and bake for 1 hour.
