Baked Saurkraut with
Onions and Molasses

This is a very easy recipe.
The molasses compliments the
sour taste and turns this into
a dish I'd serve at Christmas.
The onions take on the flavor
from the saurkraut yet still
has a pleasant sweet taste.

1 pint sauerkraut
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup sorghum molasses

Mix all in quart casserole dish.
Add enough water to avoid baking dry.
Start with 1/4 cup.
Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree F. oven.
