With tons of fresh ripe cherry tomatoes
from the garden this is how I freeze
them for use in the winter months.
Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes
Freezer bags
Directions:
Wash cherry tomatoes in a
big old mixing bowl and
remove any that are cracked.
Remove stems from tomatoes.
Write on the freezer bag
"Raw cherry tomatoes- cleaned
and stemmed, and the date".
Lay flat in freezer to freeze.
