Lemon Ice Cubes

Use these to fill a glass
before adding home made
fresh lemonade to it.

Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves

Directions:
Put water and sugar in a pan
and boil for five minutes.
Cool. Add lemon juice.
Pour into ice cube trays along
with one small fresh mint leaf
in each cube. Freeze trays.
Just before serving,
pop the frozen cubes into
a food processor or blender
and chop into slush ice.
(but don't let them melt).
