Peanut Butter Cream

Butter cream frosting made better
with the addition of peanut butter.

Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
10 tablespoons butter, softened
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4-6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Directions:
In the bowl of an electric mixer
fitted with the paddle attachment,
beat the peanut butter and the
butter until light and fluffy.
Add the confectioner's sugar and
the salt, and beat until well combined.
Beat in the vanilla and enough of the
whipping cream to achieve
your desired piping consistency.
