This is a good base recipe for making
some breakfast strawberry smoothies.
You can add a banana and any
flavored yogurt you wish to add.
Ingredients:
12 strawberries, washed and hulled
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 ice cubes, crushed
Directions:
In a blender combine strawberries,
milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla.
Toss in the ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve.
