Simply using a few red ripe tomatoes
to make a great tasting summer time
salad to remember all winter long.
I don't add any spices because in
this salad I want the flavor of the
fresh ripe tomatoes to shine through.
Ingredients:
2 ripe tomatoes
1 heaping tablespoon mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Remove stem from tomatoes and
cut away the stem part.
Cut tomatoes in bite size pieces.
Place in a serving bowl and add salt.
Mix in the mayonnaise to coat well.
Let sit at room temperature 15 minutes.
