This is one of my recipes for making
a coating that produces crispy chicken.
Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
Directions:
Place flour in bowl,
add Bisquick and spices,
mix well with the Bisquick.
Dip chicken to be fried in flour,
then in an egg wash and then in
this Bisquick mixture and fry.
